Finding the Meaning of Life

We are all on a quest to discover the meaning of life, whether we know it or not. You are in your car, and

in a panic you think: why am I here? Good question…if you never asked, you would be dying

feeling you missed out on life. Here are the three steps to begin the search for the meaning of life:

Step 1: Healing your history

You will have to do some inner work in order to start with a clean slate. It may not be fun, it is

very important work. This is the only way you can be free of anxiety and depression that may have plagued you

This work can be done alone, but many see faster benefits with

some counseling. Finding the right person to help you may require a few attempts.

2: Find yourself

You’ve spent your whole life pretending to be who your think you should be. It will take some awareness to determine

yourself. Be aware of your preferences, and try to understand why you have them. If you have a strong emotional

reaction, try to figure out why. Think from the perspective of yourself as a child. Remember what it is that used

excited you? It is impossible to really live in this world if you are feeling lost

until you are truly found.

3rd Step: Aligning with yourself

Here is where the real work begins…creating the life you really want. It is not going to be easy. You might

you have been putting yourself second to others for a long time. The key is for you to be

the real you, and that means doing what you really want to do. And having what you really want to have.

And being what you want to be being. Be aware of inconsistencies and start changing. You have to make these

things now, because you cannot wait to be ready for it.

Only you can answer for yourself the question of the meaning of your life. It remains unquestioned, though, that life must

live. Don’t just breathe in and out. Don’t just exist. You must really engage yourself in life so that you do

not reach the end of it and find you were dead all along.
